Dezmund 'Dezzy' Yates also known as the 'Phreshbot' was born September 27th 1991 in Fort Brenning, GA. The majority of his youth however, was spent in Columbus, GA, where at the age of 8 Dezzy began to sing and write music. By the time of middle school Dezzy had already become well interested in dance, music & poetry. It was the suggestion of an english teacher that inspired Dezzy to begin taking his talents more seriously. Some of Dezzy Yates' largest inspirations and musical influences are artists such as Kanye West, Lupe Fiasco & Kid Cudi.
